Fitness at Any Level — The KES Take Control App!
Our new custom online personal training system is here! My Take Control App enables me to provide online the same high quality personalized fitness programs I’ve been providing at my gym for many years. The system will allow people at any level of fitness to do productive workouts in the comfort of home, while traveling, or anywhere you find yourself.
Start with a Live Video Consultation
We start with an initial live video personal training session that includes consultation about your needs and an assessment of your fitness level. I like to find out as much as I can about your lifestyle, work, diet, fitness habits, and past fitness experiences so I can create a program that is tailored just for you.
Personalized Programs for Your Needs
Similar to my in-person sessions, I’ll create work out programs that are tailored to meet your individual needs. I take into consideration what equipment and space you might have, how much range of motion that joints have, as well as past injuries, pain points, or limitations. I will develop programs of exercises, reps, and sets, and provide instructional videos on how to do each move in the program.
Demos and Explanations
In the set of training videos that I select for your program, I explain the purpose of each exercise and what to watch for as you follow my lead through the video. Each move is demonstrated with commentary as we go. All of the videos are made me and are exclusively available through my online training system.
My Personal Guidance
I will lead you through your program with private messaging and feedback and recommendations on how to get the most out of your time. You can then send messages back and forth about how the workouts are, technique adjustments, and exercise modifications. You can share your goals and experience with the exercises with me in the Take Control App and I will use your comments to formulate a plan, based on the principles of KES Fitness.
