Kewesi Simon is Founder and Managing Director of KES Fitness in Oakland, CA. He empowers clients to be stronger and more self-reliant with personal training, helps clients move better with functional range conditioning and mobility training, and helps clients heal from injury and pain as a practitioner of Tui Na Traditional Chinese medical massage.
